Q. How is Precision Industries related to Bobker?
A. Precision acquired certain assets of Bobker out of Chapter 11 reorganization. Bobker, founded in 1931, has been a leader in the regional distribution of bearings, power transmission and fluid power components throughout the Eastern U.S. This agreement includes the Bobker divisions of the Bobker Export Group, Eifler Electric, and Biglow Industrial.
