Q. How is Precision Industries related to Bobker?
A. Precision acquired certain assets of Bobker out of Chapter 11 reorganization. Bobker, founded in 1931, has been a leader in the regional distribution of bearings, power transmission and fluid power components throughout the Eastern U.S. This agreement includes the Bobker divisions of the Bobker Export Group, Eifler Electric, and Biglow Industrial. A. Ordinarily, initial orders are cash-in-advance. Once account is established, payment terms are Net 30.

A. Yes, additional volume incentives can be structured for large distributors that want to combine their purchases to Precision.

A. Precision has account managers and customer service representatives with technical expertise to handle the "mission critical" products they sell. Precision also has specialty product group representatives and factory support technicians to provide assistance.
